The makers of Santhana Prapthirasthu unveiled the film's first single titled ‘Naalo Edho.’ The song, composed by Sunil Kashyap, has fusion vocals layered with a foot-tapping beat. With energetic classical vocals by Dinker and Aditi Bhavaraju, the track becomes an instant energiser. The lyrics are penned by Sreejo. 

The teaser for Santhana Prapthirasthu introduces Vikrant Reddy as a corporate employee who falls for and marries Chandni Chowdary’s character, despite initial opposition from her father, played by Muralidhar Goud. Soon after, the protagonist discovers he has a low sperm count. Determined to prove himself, he challenges his father-in-law, vowing to conceive a child within 100 days. The film teases some laugh-out-loud moments through Abhinav Gomatam and Vennela Kishore’s characters, promising a lighthearted take on the situation.

Directed by Sanjeev Reddy, Santhana Prapthirasthu features Tharun Bhascker, Harsha Vardhan, and others in supporting roles. Mahi Reddy Pandugula is the cinematographer, with Sai Krishna Ganala handling editing. Sheik Dawood G has written the story and screenplay, while Kalyan Raghav has worked on the dialogues.
