Mohanlal has joined the shooting set of Anoop Sathyan's upcoming film, tentatively titled L368, in Thodupuzha. The makers recently released a video showing the actor arriving at the location in a car and stepping out onto the set. Dressed in a black mundu and a checked shirt, Mohanlal sports a simple, understated look like an ordinary man. With his short, trimmed beard, his appearance also brings back memories of his character in Thudarum. The film's shooting began in Kochi on October 30, while Mohanlal joined the team later in Thodupuzha.

The film marks Mohanlal's 368th film, as the tentative title suggests. During the film's launch, director Anoop Sathyan revealed that the letter 'L' in the title stands for 'Love' in sign language. He also remained tight-lipped about the film's genre, saying, "We can't reveal the genre of the movie now. The film is a combination of romance, emotional drama, humour and action."

The film is presented by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas and produced by Binu George Alexander under his production banner.

The shooting is scheduled to take place across several locations, including Kochi, Idukki and Mangaluru. The film will also feature three theatre artists from Maharashtra and Karnataka in significant roles. Actors Eva, Thennal, Mukesh, Aju Varghese, Sangeeth Prathap and Rajesh Madhavan are also part of the cast.

Mohanlal had four releases this year, including films in which he made cameo appearances. The year has also been special for the actor as his daughter, Vismaya Mohanlal, made her acting debut with Thudakkam, in which he did a cameo.

Among his upcoming projects is Athimanoharam, marking another collaboration with Thudarum director Tharun Moorthy. Earlier, Mohanlal also announced an impressive lineup of projects through social media, featuring collaborations with several prominent filmmakers. The list includes Priyadarshan's 100th film, as well as projects with Dileesh Pothan (Nedumkandam Miracle), Jude Anthany Joseph, Sathyan Anthikad and Jeethu Joseph.
