Ananthika Sanilkumar starrer 8 Vasantalu is slated for a theatrical release next week, on June 20. The makers of the film released their second single, titled ‘Parichayamila’, on Wednesday.
‘Parichayamila’ is sung by legendary playback singer KS Chithra, who lends her quintessential sweetness to the number that’s equally rousing in its melody, while incorporating impressive use of violins and bass and an old-fashioned percussion style at once. Hesham Abdul Wahab has composed the number, while lyrics are penned by Vanamaali. Hesham Abdul has also provided background vocals for the song, alongwith Anila Rajeev.
Written and directed by Phanindra Narsetti, 8 Vasantalu stars Ravi Duggirala as the male lead opposite Ananthika. The second teaser of the film was released a few days ago.
Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar are producing the film under Mythri Movie Makers banner. In the technical team, Vishwanath Reddy and Shashank Mali helm cinematography and editing, respectively.
Ananthika is recognised for her work in films like Rajahmundry Rose Milk and popular buddy comedy MAD.
