8 Vasantalu teaser 2: A dreamy romance unfolds between two kindred souls 

After a long delay, 8 Vasantalu is finally gearing up for a theatrical release later this month on June 20. On Saturday, the makers released the second teaser of their film.

Starring Ananthika Sanilkumar and Ravi Duggirala in the lead, 8 Vasantalu promises to be a tender and heartwarming love story, unfolding against the backdrop of Ooty. Ananthika plays a demure, strong-headed girl from Ooty who finds herself falling for Sanjay, a writer who has arrived in the small town and wins her over with his sensitivity. 

By the looks of it, 8 Vasantalu has beautiful cinematography by Vishwanath Reddy, who recently won the Gaddar award for Gaami. Additionally, Hesham Abdul Wahab is onboard as the music director.  The supporting cast of the film also features Hanu Reddy and Kanna Pasunoori. Shashank Mali is the editor.

8 Vasantalu is written and directed by Phanindra Narsetti, who is known for making small, independent films. Mythri Movie Makers has bankrolled the film, with Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar serving as producers. The first teaser of the film was released back in January this year, establishing its protagonist (Ananthika) as a young fierce woman coping up with heartbreak as she is compelled to give a fresh start to her life. 

Ananthika Sanilkumar is most known for her work in films like Rajahmundry Rose Milk and MAD.
