Sudheer Babu pays tribute to Krishna on late actor’s birth anniversary

The team of Jatadhara remembers the Telugu cinema legend while completing film schedule

On the occasion of late actor Krishna’s birth anniversary on Saturday, Sudheer Babu paid tribute to the Telugu cinema legend with a message recalling his enduring legacy. Sudheer, who is the late actor’s son-in-law, shared a heartfelt post as part of a tribute from the team of the upcoming film Jatadhara and shows the late actor as Lord Siva in the newly released poster.

Taking to social media, Sudheer Babu wrote, “He wasn’t just a superstar. He was a storm, a screen god, a force. On his birthday, the team of Jatadhara salutes the legend, Superstar ‘Siva’ Rama Krishna Murthy garu, whose fire still fuels our stories! Happy Birthday to the king of charisma!”

The post marked a collective remembrance of Krishna’s impact on the film industry. Known for his pioneering roles and contributions to Telugu cinema through the 1970s and 1980s, Krishna continues to influence generations of filmmakers and actors. The Jatadhara team expressed that his legacy remains a source of creative inspiration as they progress in their filmmaking journey.

Jatadhara, a pan-India supernatural fantasy thriller, has now completed its filming schedule and will soon enter post-production. The bilingual Telugu-Hindi film stars Sudheer Babu and Sonakshi Sinha in lead roles, along with an ensemble cast that includes Shilpa Shirodkar, Ravi Prakash, Indira Krishna, Subhalekha Sudhakar, Rajeev Kanakala, Naveen Neni and Jhansi.

Jatadhara is backed by Prerna Arora, Shivin Narang and Aruna Agarwal, with co-producers Akshay Kejriwal and Kussum Arora. Divya Vijay serves as the creative producer, while Bhavini Goswami is the supervising producer.
