Ravi Teja, who last headlined the Harish Shankar directorial Mr Bachchan, is working with debutant director Bhanu Bogavarapu in his next film, titled Mass Jathara. On Friday, the makers shared a new poster of their film, also announcing the release date of their film’s first glimpse.

The first ‘Mass Rampage’ glimpse of the film would be unveiled on Sunday, January 26, which also incidentally marks Ravi Teja’s birthday. Mass Jathara, which stars Sreeleela as the female lead, is being produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under the banners of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas. Bhanu has previously worked as a writer on films like Samajavaragamana and Geethanjali Malli Vachindi. 

Bheems Ceciroleo is the music director for the film. The cinematography is by Vidhu Ayyana, and the production design is by Nagendra Tangala. National Award-winning editor Navin Nooli helms the editing.

Mass Jathara was officially launched in June last year, with the title of the film being announced a few months later in October. The Ravi Teja starrer is currently scheduled to hit theatres on May 9.
