The second single from the upcoming film Laila, titled ‘Icchukundam Baby,’ will be released on January 23, the makers announced on Tuesday. Directed by Ram Narayan, the comedy-drama features Vishwak Sen in the lead role and is scheduled to be released in theatres on February 14.

The recently released teaser introduces Vishwak’s character, Sonu Model, a street-smart stylist admired by his female clients for his gentle approach. However, the teaser hints at a twist in Sonu’s journey as he transforms into Laila, a female avatar, with the reasons for this shift remaining undisclosed.

The film also stars Akanksha Sharma as the female lead, with music composed by Leon James. Laila is produced by Sahu Garapati under the Shine Screens banner. The screenplay is penned by Vasudeva Murthy, with Richard Prasad handling cinematography and Brahma Kadali overseeing production design.

Vishwak Sen was last seen in last year’s Mechanic Rocky, an action thriller that received a mixed response from audiences.
