The makers of Laila starring Vishwak Sen unveiled the film’s teaser on Friday. The teaser gives a peek into Vishwak’s character Sonu Model who is a street savvy, skilled make-up artist. His character is loved by his female clients who appreciate his gentle approach and then the teaser hints that fate has other plans for Sonu. He transforms into Laila, but the reasons are still kept under wraps for audiences. The film promises to be another fresh concept entertainer in Vishwak Sen’s kitty. 

Laila also stars Akanksha Sharma as the female lead. The film has music composed by Leon James. The entertainer is directed by Ram Narayan with screenplay by Vasudeva Murthy. The film is bankrolled by Sahu Garapati under the Shine Screens banner.

Laila is slated to have its theatrical release on February 14. Vishwak Sen was last seen in the action thriller Mechanic Rocky. The CE review of Mechanic Rocky reads, "This clever film demands patience out of you until the last minute and if you give up at any given second, you’d be left with a bitter cinematic experience."
