The makers of Daaku Maharaaj, Nandamuri Balakrishna’s highly anticipated action thriller, unveiled the release trailer for the film on Friday. The release trailer adds more fire to the previously released one with a peek into the film’s action scenes. Balakrishna appears in three makeovers as a dacoit, an officer and a domestic worker. The film promises a lot of high-voltage dialogues for fans of quintessential Balakrishna’s films, one of them goes, “One might complete master's in education, but I did master's in murders,” spouts an intense Balakrishna with roaring music from S Thaman.

Written and directed by Bobby Kolli, Daaku Maharaaj’s cast includes Shraddha Srinath, Pragya Jaiswal, Urvashi Rautela, and Chandni Chowdhary. Produced by Suryadevara Nagavamsi and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, the film has cinematography by Vijay Karthik Kannan and editing by Niranjan Devaramane.

Slated for a January 12 release, Daaku Maharaaj will clash with Ram Charan’s Game Changer and Venkatesh’s Sankrantiki Vasthunnam at the box office during the Sankranti season.
