The makers of Daaku Maharaaj, Nandamuri Balakrishna’s highly anticipated action thriller, unveiled the trailer for the film on Sunday at the film’s pre-release event that took place in Dallas, USA. The trailer showcases a jungle-themed world where a bunch of bad guys are introduced, with Bobby Deol appearing as the primary antagonist. Balakrishna is portrayed as the “King of the jungle” in a fresh, Daaku outfit. The film promises a quintessential Balakrishna action thriller in a newer backdrop. The film’s score by S Thaman catches attention with the unique use of country instruments.
Written and directed by Bobby Kolli, Daaku Maharaaj’s cast includes Shraddha Srinath, Pragya Jaiswal, Urvashi Rautela, and Chandni Chowdhary. Produced by Suryadevara Nagavamsi and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, the film has cinematography by Vijay Karthik Kannan and editing by Niranjan Devaramane.
Slated for a January 12 release, Daaku Maharaaj will clash with Ram Charan’s Game Changer and Venkatesh’s Sankrantiki Vasthunnam at the box office during the Sankranthi season.
