A few days ahead of their film’s release, the makers of Mazaka released their new single, ‘Pagili.’ Leon James, whose music was recently heard in the Vishwak Sen starrer Laila, is the composer for Mazaka as well. 

Sung by Mahalingam, Sahithi Chaganti and Prabha, ‘Pagili’ is a quintessential massy dance number, with a thumping beat and a rustic arrangement style. Kasarla Shyam has penned the lyrics. The song video is choreographed by Sekhar VJ, with Sundeep Kishn stealing the limelight with his energetic moves. 

This is the third song to be released by the makers. On Monday, the team also shared a live behind-the-scenes video of their next single, 'Ravulamma.'

Starring Sundeep and Ritu in the lead roles, Mazaka primarily revolves around a carefree father-son duo, and their topsy-turvy love lives, with Rao Ramesh playing Sundeep’s on-screen father. Directed by Trinadha Rao Nakkina, the comedy entertainer also marks the on-screen return of Anshu Sagar, who is most notable for her appearance in films like Manmadhudu (2002) and Raghavendra (2003). Prasanna Kumar Bezawada has penned the story, screenplay, and dialogues for the film. 

Produced jointly under the banners of Hasya Movies and AK Entertainments, Mazaka is scheduled to release on February 26, on the occasion of Mahashivratri, and remains the solo big Telugu release that week.
