‘Thirige Bhoomi’ from Jigris is a resonating travel song

Jigris, a madcap entertainer written and directed by debutant Harish Reddy Uppula, is coming to screens soon

The makers of Jigris, the upcoming buddy travel comedy, unveiled ‘Thirige Bhoomi’, a single from the film. The track has a subtle rhythm with deeply relatable lyrics, penned by Harish Reddy Uppula, about breaking out of the cage and exploring the world around. Mad fame Ram Nithin in addition to Krishna Burugula, Mani Vaka and Dheeraj Athreya form the main leads for the film. 

‘Thirige Bhoomi’ has calming vocals by Eknaath, Junaid, and Sudansh. The track from Jigris is composed by Kamran, who is also working on the film’s soundtrack, has a soothing flow with a foot-tapping blend of keyboard and guitar. 

Written and directed by debutant Harish Reddy Uppula, Jigris teaser shows a madcap entertainer, about the lives of four friends who decide to take an unplanned trip to Goa, inspired from travel films like Into The Wild. But then their travel plan goes haywire when they encounter different forms of danger like a dacoit gang and a rural marriage ceremony. 

Jigris is produced by Krishna Vodapalli under Mount Meru Pictures banner. Eeswaradityaa helms cinematography. Editing is by Chanakya Reddy Toorupu. The makers of Jigris are yet to set a release date.
