Happy Birthday Nagarjuna: Bobby Kolli, Simran, Sreenu Vaitla extend wishes to the Coolie actor

The official announcement of Nagarjuna’s landmark 100th film is also expected today

August 29 marks the 66th birthday for veteran actor Nagarjuna, who also completes 39 years in the film industry this year. On the occasion, many noted film personalities took to their social media pages to wish the Coolie actor on his special day.

Simran, who shared screen with Nagarjuna in films like Nuvvu Vasthavani, Auto Driver, and Bava Nachadu, penned on her X page, “Happy Birthday to the King Nagarjuna garu! May this year bring you abundant happiness, peace, and endless creative brilliance.”

Daaku Maharaaj director Bobby Kolli too wished Nagarjuna, posting, “Your charisma & grace are timeless. Wishing you health, joy & countless memorable moments ahead.”

Nagarjuna earned the ‘King’ moniker from the 2008 film King that he headlined. Sreenu Vaitla, who had directed King, penned on his X page, “From path-breaking films to carrying forward a royal legacy, you’ve always inspired us. You spread positivity and maintain a graceful presence wherever you go. I will always cherish the KING diaries. Eagerly waiting for your century to create history again, sir!”

A few days ago, we had also reported that the official announcement of Nagarjuna’s next film, which is the landmark 100th film of his career, is expected to be made on the actor’s birthday.

During a recent public appearance, Nagarjuna confirmed that he is working with Tamil filmmaker R Karthik on the project. Sharing more details about the film, Nagarjuna stated, “We have been working on the script since 6-7 months. It’s a family drama, with element of action. Right after Coolie releases, we will start the shoot.” The makers are also reportedly planning to unveil a special promo of the film.
