The makers of Pawan Kalyan starrer OG, which is set to release on September 25, kickstarted their promotions a few days ago with the ‘Firestorm’ single. On Saturday, the team unveiled new character posters, introducing its female lead Priyanka Mohan.

Priyanka plays Kanmani in OG. In the newly released posters, Priyanka looks demure and graceful in traditional attire, in a vibe at stark contrast with the overall adrenaline-driven look and feel of OG. “Every storm needs its calm,” the makers captioned the poster.

OG is produced by DVV Danayya and Kalyan Dasari under DVV Entertainment, who had last bankrolled the Nani starrer Saripodhaa Sanivaaram which too incidentally starred Priyanka as the female lead.

The team also announced that the promo for second single would be unveiled soon. Thaman S is composing music for the film. The ‘Firestorm’ single has emerged as a major chartbuster, garnering over 16 million views in 2 weeks yet.

OG is written and directed by Sujeeth, who has previously made films like Saaho and Run Raja Run. Somaraju has been credited as the co-director for OG.  The team of OG includes stellar technicians like Ravi K Chandran and Manoj Paramahansa who are the cinematographers, and Navin Nooli as the editor. AS Prakash helms the production design. Also, there are many action directors on board for the film, including notable names like Peter Hein and Kecha Khampakdee among others.
