What makes Nani’s Jadal lose his temper? New Paradise making video spills the beans

The Paradise marks the second collaboration between Nani and Srikanth Odela

A few days ago, the makers of the Nani starrer The Paradise kickstarted their unique promotional activities where they promises to reveal each main character with two distinct characters. One of those posters featured Nani’s character Jadal sitting in a couldnt-care-less manner, surrounded by a horde of men baying for his blood. On Monday, the makers released new making video that gives brief glimpses of the scene where the said visual arrives.

In the making video, titled ‘Spark of The Paradise,’ director Srikanth Odela can be seen explaining the emotional high of the sequence, where countless prisoners are running towards our protagonist Jadal (Nani) with a mob-like aggression. Set in a prison, the sequence promises to be logistically challenging in terms of artist management and co-ordination.

The video ends with a voiceover that states that Jadal loses his temper anytime someone touches his braids, and with a visual of Jadal surrounded by hundreds of prisoners baying for his blood. Interestingly enough, director Srikanth Odela can be seen donning the wig at one point in the making video.

In The Paradise, Nani plays a man from a marginalised community who revolts and becomes a leader. Besides sporting braids, Jadal also has double-nose piercings and a Bindi, which gives him a distinct persona besides indicating his remote community origins.  Billed as an Anirudh musical, The Paradise also stars Raghav Juyal as the main antagonist. Reports suggest that Kayadu Lohar is also a part of the film, but an official announcement is awaited.

Writer-director Srikanth Odela, who previously earned acclaim for Dasara, reunites with Nani for this eight-language pan-India release. The film is produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under SLV banner.  The film is set for a worldwide release on March 26, 2026, clashing against another big star vehicle Peddi, which is headlined by Ram Charan.
