Rana Daggubati to distribute Jigra's Telugu version; trailer to be out tomorrow

The Alia Bhatt starrer thriller-drama is slated for a theatrical release on October 11

Jigra, the upcoming Alia Bhatt starrer, will have a release in Telugu dub version as well. Rana Daggubati, who is distributing the film in South Indian territories, made the official announcement.

Taking to his X page, Rana Daggubati posted, “A story about courage & protection, ready to unravel on the big screens. Excited to collaborate with Karan Johar and Alia Bhatt to bring Jigra to the Telugu audience!” The Baahubali actor also informed that the Telugu trailer for Jigra will be unveiled on Sunday, September 29 — reportedly, SS Rajamouli will unveil the trailer on his social media page. 

Vasan Bhatt, who previously made the thriller comedy Monica O My Darling, is the director of Jigra. The film also stars Vedang Raina in a prominent role, alongside actors like Rahul Ravindran, Manoj Pahwa, and Vivek Gomber in the ensemble cast. Jigra is produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Alia’s Eternal Sunshine Productions.
