The official trailer for the much-awaited Jr NTR starrer Devara: Part 1 was released on Tuesday. The upcoming action thriller is directed by Koratala Siva.

By the looks of it, Devara: Part 1 features Jr NTR in a double role, with the fearful son discovering and attempting to redeem the tarnished legacy of his father, Devara, who was once known as a fearless warrior pirate but never returned from one of his missions. The film also features Saif Ali Khan in his Telugu debut as Bhairava, Devara's friend-turned-foe. Janhvi Kapoor, meanwhile, plays a village belle who is in love with Jr NTR's son character and inadvertently plays a pivotal role in him discovering his true potential.

The ensemble cast of Devara: Part 1 also includes actors like Prakash Raj, Meka Srikanth, and Getup Srinu, among others. The technical team boasts of eminent names like Sabu Cyril and Sreekar Prasad, who helm production design and editing, respectively. Rathnavelu is the cinematographer for the project.
