The makers of Mathu Vadalara 2 completed their censorship formalities a few days ahead of their film’s release. Mathu Vadalara 2 has received a U/A certificate from the censor board.

Directed by Ritesh Rana, Mathu Vadalara 2 is an official sequel to the 2019 film Mathu Vadalara, which too starred Sri Simha and Satya in prominent roles. Faria Abdullah plays the female lead in the film. On Friday, the makers released a promotional rap song, ‘Dramma Nakko Mama’ that is written, sung, and choreographed by the Jathi Ratnalu actress. Kaala Bhairava is the music director for the film.

The film’s supporting cast includes Vennela Kishore and Sunil, among others. The cinematography and editing are helmed by Suresh Sarangam and Karthika Srinivas, respectively. Produced under the banner of Mythri Movie Makers, Mathu Vadalara 2 is slated for a theatrical release on September 13.
