The Varun Tej starrer Matka, directed by Karuna Kumar, is slated for a theatrical release on November 14. The makers of Matka released a new character poster for Naveen Chandra on Saturday.

Naveen Chandra plays Sahu in the upcoming period crime-drama. Along with the poster, the makers also shared a unique caption for the character, which read, “Eagle-like focus, Chameleon-like disguise. His intensity & instincts will keep you on the edge of the seats.”

Besides Varun and Naveen, the film also stars Meenakshi Chaudhary and Nora Fatehi in significant roles. The film’s first teaser was released exactly two weeks ago, followed by the release of their first single, ‘Le Le Raja.’ GV Prakash Kumar is the music director for the film. 

Matka is produced on a lavish scale by Dr Vijender Reddy Teegala and Rajani Talluri under Vyra Entertainments in Association with SRT Entertainments and will have a multi-lingual release on a pan-India scale. 

Naveen Krishna recently played a major role in the web-series Snakes and Ladders. His upcoming projects include Shankar’s Game Changer, which stars Ram Charan in the lead role.
