The makers of Appudo Ippudo Eppudo released their first single, ‘Hey Taara,’ on Thursday. The upcoming film marks Telugu debut for popular Kannada actress Rukmini Vasanth.

Notable playback singer Karthik, who has composed music for the film, is also one of the vocalists for ‘Hey Taara,’ sharing credits with Nityashree. Written by Krishna Chaitanya, ‘Hey Taara’ is a swoony romantic number, peppy and lilting at once, with a hint of classical fusion. The music video features Nikhil Siddhartha and Rukmini Vasanth strolling around at outdoor locales in London, slowly falling for each other.

The first teaser of the film was released a few days ago. Appudo Ippudo Eppudo promises to be a fun romantic entertainer with a healthy dose of action and comedy. While Nikhil plays the male protagonist, the film has also Divyansha Kaushik and Harsha Chemudu in significant roles.

Richard Prasad is the cinematographer, and Navin Nooli is the editor for the film. Produced by BVSN Prasad and directed by Sudheer Varma, Appudo Ippudo Eppudo will hit theatres on November 8.
