Sudheer Babu, who was last seen in the crime-drama Harom Hara, is gearing up for his upcoming relationship drama Maa Nanna Superhero, which is slated to release next week on October 11. The makers of the film recently completed their censorship formalities; Maa Nanna Superhero has received a ‘U’ certificate from the censor board.

The official trailer of the film will be unveiled on October 5, the makers announced earlier this week. Besides Sudheer Babu, the film stars Sayaji Shinde and Sai Chand in prominent roles. Last week, the makers launched their second single, ‘Vedukalo,’ which has over 1 million hits on Youtube so far. Jay Krish is the music director for the film.

Maa Nanna Superhero is produced by Sunil Balasu under the V Celluloids banner, and directed by Abhilash Kankara. Upon its release, the film will face stiff competition at the box office from Gopichand starrer Viswam and Suhas’ Janaka Aithe Ganaka.
