Ram Charan who is gearing up for the release of Game Changer, is working with Uppena fame director Buchi Babu Sana for one of his upcoming projects. Tentatively titled RC 16, the film also stars Janhvi Kapoor. On Saturday, the makers of RC 16 shared a surprising update — Mirzapur actor Divyenndu has now joined the film cast.

Vriddhi Cinemas, the production banner for RC 16 posted on their X page, “Our favourite 'Munna Bhayya' will light up the big screens in a spectacular role tailor made for him. Team RC16 welcomes the incredibly talented and the compelling performer Divyenndu on board.” 

The cast of RC 16 already includes stalwarts like Shivarajkumar and Jagapathi Babu. AR Rahman has been signed as the music director for the film. The film is being co-presented by Sukumar Writings and Mythri Movie Makers.

Divyenndu, who first rose to popularity with the 2011 film Pyaar Ka Punchnama, has appeared in movies like Madgaon Express earlier this year. His upcoming projects like Agni and Mirzapur film adaptation.
