The first single of Thandel, the much-anticipated Naga Chaitanya-Sai Pallavi starrer, is slated to be released on Thursday, November 21. Ahead of the song release, the makers released a brief snippet featuring the music director Devi Sri Prasad and playback singer Javed Ali.

The song is titled ‘Bujji Thalli.’ In the snippet, Devi Si Prasad and Javed can be seen jamming—while Javed is hitting the high-pitched notes of the song, the composer belts out the tune on his piano. The brief glimpse of the duo brings further intrigue about the song, which is billed as 'The Love Song of The Year.'

Directed by Chandoo Mondeti, Thandel is slated for a theatrical release on February 7 next year. The film marks the second collaboration between Naga Chaitanya and Chandoo after their 2021 film Love Story. The film is presented by Geetha Arts and produced by Allu Aravind and Bunny Vas. On the technical front, Shamdat handles cinematography and Srinagendra Tangala serves as production designer.

Devi Sri Prasad is also the music director for the upcoming Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa 2: The Rule.
