The makers of Kannappa, headlined by Vishnu Manchu, announced on Monday that the first look of Mohan Babu will be out on November 22. Mohan Babu plays Mahadeva Shastri and details about his character are under wraps. The makers have been releasing first look posters of all the characters from the mythological epic boosting buzz for the film.

Kannappa is produced by 24 Frames Factory. The film is said to be a cinematic adaptation of the Shiva devotee, Kannappa and his story. The period epic actioner also stars Mohan Lal, Prabhas, Mohan Babu, Akshay Kumar, Sarath Kumar, Kajal Agarwal and more. Prabhas is set to be playing a surprise cameo in the film which is set to delight audiences.
Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, Kannappa has cinematography by Seldon Chau, editing by Anthony Gonsalvez, and music by Stephen Devassy. The stunts and epic war sequences are choreographed by Kecha Khamphakdee. The film’s teaser premiered at the Cannes Film Festival this year and the team plans to release the film in December in all major pan-Indian languages of Telugu, Hindi, English, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada.
