The makers of the upcoming untitled period action drama, headlined by Sai Durgha Tej and Aishwarya Lekshmi, announced the entry of actor Srikanth. Announcing the cast addition, the production house wrote, “A man of immense talent who brings both strength and finesse to every role. Team SDT18 welcomes the powerhouse performer actor Srikanth on board. His unmatched intensity and depth will add an extra spark to this epic world.” The poster depicts a falling out rustic sketch of actor Srikanth hinting at the fiery and intense world.

Based in a dystopian setting, the period action drama is set to offer a unique cinematic experience. The yet-to-be titled film is bankrolled by Niranjan Reddy and Chaitanya Reddy under the Primeshow Entertainments label, who backed films like HanuMan. The epic actioner is written and directed by debutant Rohith KP.

The Sai Durgha Tej starrer is aimed to have a pan-Indian release in major languages of Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam. Durga’s last releases were Bro with Pawan Kalyan and Virupaksha, which received immense acclaim.
