Popular 2014 film Manam, which starred Nagarjuna, A Nageswara Rao and Naga Chaitanya, completes 10 years of its release next week on May 23. On this occasion, the makers of the film have decided to re-release the film in select theatres in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

“Manam holds a very special place in my heart. Excited to bring ANRLivesOn back to theatres to celebrate 10 years,” Naga Chaitanya tweeted on Friday.

Manam was produced by Annapurna Studios, and directed by Vikram Kumar. Manam occupies a special place in Telugu cinema for bringing three generations of the Akkineni family—Nageswara Rao, Nagarjuna, and Naga Chaitanya—together on the screen. Anup Rubens’ soundtrack for the film, too, gained extreme popularity, contributing to the film’s success. The film also starred Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Shriya Saran in prominent roles.

Manam was also the last on-screen appearance of legendary A Nageswara Rao, who unfortunately passed away in January 2014, a few weeks before the film's release.
