The makers of Double iSmart have announced on Sunday that they will be unveiling their film’s teaser on May 15, i.e. Wednesday. The teaser will be unveiled on the occasion of Ram Pothineni’s birthday. The film, a sequel of the 2019 action entertainer iSmart Shankar, is currently being shot in Mumbai. While Ram Pothineni will also be featuring in iSmart Shankar’s successor, Sanjay Dutt has been roped in for a key role. The makers of the film are aiming for a theatrical release in multiple languages. 

Double iSmart is written and directed by Puri Jagannadh and produced by Puri and Charmme under the Puri Connects banner. Mani Sharma is the music composer of the film, with cinematography by Sam K Naidu and Gianni Gianneli and action choreography by Kecha and Real Satish. 

Ram was last seen in the Boyapati Sreenivas directorial Skanda, opposite Sreeleela. There have also been speculations of the actor making his OTT debut with a Netflix series.The actor has neither confirmed or denied the same.
