The makers of Manamey released their first single ‘Ika Na Maate’ on Thursday. Manamey is an upcoming family drama film starring Sharwanand and Krithi Shetty in the lead roles.

Composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab, ‘Ika Na Maate’ is a peppy, upbeat number. The composer also infuses a hint of classical music in this groovy composition. Hesham Abdul has also doubled up as a vocalist for the song, while Krishna Chaitanya has penned the lyrics. 

Shrasti Varma is the choreographer for ‘Ika Na Maate.’ The song has been entirely shot at various outdoor locations in London, showcasing the protagonist (Sharwanand) enjoying his casanova phase to the fullest.

Sriram Adittya is the director for Manamey, that is produced by TG Vishwa Prasad under the banners of People Media Factory. Prawin Pudi is the editor, while cinematography is co-helmed by Gnana Shekar VS and Vishnu Sarma.

Earlier this month, the makers had released the first look of their film. By the looks of it, Manamey promises to revolve around a father-son relationship.
