Eminent production banner Sridevi Movies announced their next film on Monday, with Priyadarshi and Roopa Koduvayur. Indragranti Mohana Krishna, who has made films like Ashta Chamma (2008) and Sammohanam (2018), will be directing the untitled film. On the occasion, Priyadarshi penned a gratitude note about his collaboration with the Ashta Chamma filmmaker.

Taking to his X page, Priyadarshi recalled a memory from 12 years ago. The actor penned, “I was just a wide-eyed student at the University of Hyderabad, completely starstruck by Mr Indraganti Mohanakrishna's lecture. He waltzed in like he owned the place, dazzling us all with his deep knowledge of cinema and literature and left me dreaming. Cut to: This Holi(y) day, here I am, living out that dream as part of Mohan sir's motley crew of creatives (sic).”  The Om Bheem Bush actor also thanked his producer Sivalenka Krishna Prasad and the whole team who "helped make this quirky dream a reality."

The film, which marks the 15th production for Sridevi Movies, features Roopa Koduvayur as the female lead opposite Priyadarshi.
