Chiranjeevi's upcoming mythological magnum opus Vishwambhara has recently wrapped up a production schedule in Hyderabad. It saw the filming of some of its most crucial parts, including some talkie portions, a song, and an action block. Scenes involving the film's lead actors Chiranjeevi and Trisha were also canned during the Hyderabad schedule. The film went on floors late last year, where scenes not involving Chiranjeevi were shot in Maredumilli, Andhra Pradesh. Trisha has shared pictures on social media of herself with her Vishwambhara co-star Chiranjeevi and music director, MM Keeravani, with the caption, “A divine and legendary morning indeed!”

Vishwambhara is written and directed by Vassishta, with script assistance from Srinivas Gavireddy, Ganta Sridhar, Nimmagadda Srikanth, and Mayukh Adithya. The film is being produced by Vikram, Vamsi, and Pramod under the UV Creations banner. Karthik Sabareesh, who has recently made a splash with his independent production Gaami, is the executive producer of Vishwambhara. Chota K Naidu is the cinematographer of the film, with editing by Kotagiri Venkateshwara Rao and Santhosh Kamireddy and production design by AS Prakash. Vishwambhara is scheduled to hit theatres on January 10, 2025, as a Sankranti release.
