The film is directed by Nag Ashwin and features a star-studded cast, including Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani. There are also rumours that Teja Sajja, who gained fame for playing the title role in the recently released Hanu Man, is also part of the cast.

In a recent interview, he addressed the speculation surrounding his involvement in Kalki 2898 AD, stating, "There are some very exciting projects in the pipeline and fun collaborations under consideration. I myself am eagerly waiting for the right moment to reveal more about my future lineup."

However, nothing is confirmed regarding his involvement in Kalki 2898 AD. Amid the rumours, Teja was spotted with the producer of Kalki 2898 AD, C. Aswani Dutt, at Dubai airport, which added more fuel to the fire.

It is worth mentioning that there have also been rumours about Dulquer Salmaan joining the cast of Kalki 2898 AD, but there has been no official confirmation yet.
