The Telugu-Kannada bilingual is heading for a March 15 release

The official trailer of Line Man, headlined by actor Thrigun, was unveiled recently. The film, a Kannada-Telugu bilingual is scheduled to hit theatres on March 15. Line Man is written and directed by V Raghu Shastry. The film is set in the Mandya region. 

The trailer introduces us to Nataraj aka Nattu (Thrigun), a humble lineman in his village. We are also introduced to the various quirky characters in the village. The protagonist's life is turned on its head when the whole villages decides to go without power for a few days. What happens to Nattu's life in the wake of the villagers' decision forms the crux of the film. 

Lineman also stars Kaajal Kunder, B Jayashree, Niviksha Naidu, Harini Srikanth, Sujay Shastry and Apoorva Shree, among others. The film is produced by the banner Purple Rock Entertainers. Kadri Manikanth is the music director of the film, with cinematography by Shanthi Sagar HG, editing by Raghunatha L and production design by Surya Gowda.
