Anjali, who was recently seen in the Vishwak Sen starrer Gangs of Godavari, will soon be headlining an OTT series titled Bahishkarana, slated to stream on Zee5. The streaming platform shared a special motion poster video of the actor from the upcoming series on Sunday, on the occasion of her birthday.

The video features the Geethanjali star in a ferocious avatar, holding a sickle in one hand. The post on Zee5’s social media page read, “Happy Birthday, Anjali. We cannot wait for the world to see your new avatar from Bahishkarana.” Bahishkarana marks Anjali's fourth web series after shows like Jhansi, Navarasa, and Fall.

Mukesh Prajapathi is the writer and director for Bahishkarana, while Prashanti Mallisetti serves as the producer, bankrolling the project under Pixel Pictures banner. Prasannakumar is helming the cinematography for this series, while Siddharth Sadashiv is composing the music. Ravi Teja Girijala is the editor.

There has been no official announcement regarding the release date of Bahishkarana yet.
