Director Nag Ashwin's dystopian sci-fi feature Kalki 2898 AD, starring Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, and more, has collected over Rs 500 crores at the box office worldwide.

The film was released on June 27 to mixed reviews. While the audience and critics appreciated the visuals, the lack of an engaging storyline was criticised.

In India, Kalki 2898 AD collected Rs 220.8 crore in the first three days. On the fourth day (today), the film minted Rs 88.2 crore.

Kalki 2898 AD was released in theatres on June 27 and has earned over Rs 309 crore in India across all languages. It also stars Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Saswata Chatterjee, Keerthy Suresh, and Kamal Haasan (special appearance).

The film has music composed by Santhosh Narayanan, cinematography by Djordje Stojiljkovic, and editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao, adding further technical prowess to this cinematic spectacle.
