On the occasion of Sankranthi, Netflix is making its Netflix Pandaga announcements with regard to the platform's slate of Telugu releases for the year. As a part of the announcements, Netflix has revealed that the post-theatrical digital rights of Nandamuri Balakrishna's upcoming NBK 109 have been bought by the platform.

Backed by Sithara Entertainments, NBK 109 is written and directed by  Bobby Kolli. Srikara Studios will present the film. This will mark the actor's as well as the director's maiden collaboration with each other as well as the production banner. While we know that the film went on floors in November, more details about the film's cast and crew will be announced by the makers soon.

NBK 109 will be Bobby's sixth directorial, after Power, Sardar Gabbar Singh, Jai Lava Kusa, Venky Mama and Waltair Veerayya. Meanwhile, Balakrishna had two releases last year; the Gopichand Malineni directorial Veera Simha Reddy and the Anil Ravipudi directorial Bhagavanth Kesari
