Shiva Kandukuri, who was last seen in the 2023 film Manucharitra, is gearing up for his next release Bhoothaddam Bhaskar Narayana. The makers of the upcoming mystery thriller shared a release trailer three days ahead of their film’s release.

Kandukuri plays an independent detective who decides to investigate a series of killings that have happened over a span of 18 years. The makers released the first trailer on February 10. Unlike the previous one, this trailer is edited from the perspective of its protagonist (Shiva Kandukuri), establishing his character’s unique qualities as well as his emotional baggage from the past that compels him to investigate the ongoing serial killings.

Besides Kandukuri, the film stars Rashi Singh as the female lead. The film’s supporting cast includes actors like Venktaesh Kakumanu, Devi Prasad, Varshini Soundararajan, Siva Kumar, Shafi, Kalapatha, Ambati Sreenu, Chaitanya Sagiraju, Jabardasth Rajamouli, and Roopalakshmi.

Bhoothaddam Bhaskar Narayana is written and directed by Puroshottam Raj and jointly produced by Snehal Jangala, Shashidhar Kasi, and Karthik Mudumbi. The film is slated for a theatrical release on March 1, where it clashes at the box office with films like Chaari 111 and Operation Valentine.
