Filmmaker Bandi Saroj Kumar, who made films like Nirbandham (2018) and Mangalyam (2022) for digital platforms, is now gearing up for a theatrical release with his upcoming movie Parakraram. The makers of the movie dropped a release update video on YouTube earlier today. The film, which centres around gully cricket, is slated for a summer release.

Much like in his previous films, Bandi Saroj Kumar will also be playing the lead in Parakramam. The filmmaker is producing the film under his banner BSK Mainstream, besides working on the project as a writer, music director, lyricist, and editor. The primary cast of Parakramam includes Naga Lakshmi and classical dancer Sruthi Samanvi. Additionally, Bandi Saroj Kumar is introducing many theatre actors in the film.

Venkat R Prasad, who worked on popular films like Pournami (2006) and 100% Love (2011), is the cinematographer for Parakramam. Kali SR Ashok, who is the sound designer for the film, has also collaborated with Bandi Saroj Kumar on his previous films, including Nirbandham and Mangalyam.

The makers of Parakraram will soon launch the official teaser of the film and officially announce the release date.
