The makers of Nandamuri Balakrishna’s upcoming action entertainer, Daaku Maharaaj, unveiled the second single — ‘Chinnu.’ The song is a peppy heartwarming number about the love between Balakrishna’s character and a little girl. The relationship between the characters is under wraps. The song has endearing lyrics by Anantha Sriram and vocals by Vishal Mishra. The musical composition by S Thaman is a blend of reggae beats with a melodious undertone. 

The action thriller helmed by Bobby Kolli got its title reveal teaser recently. The teaser gives a brief introduction to Balakrishna’s character who plays a dacoit. The teaser sets up the landscape of evil guys, the rulers and reveals the Akhanda actor as a man with an epic flashback.

Suryadevara Nagavamsi and Sai Soujanya bankrolled Daaku Maharaaj under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, respectively. The film has Bobby Deol, who is playing the role of a menacing antagonist. 

Daaku Maharaaj also stars Shraddha Srinath, Pragya Jaiswal, Urvshi Rautela, and Chandni. Vijay Karthik Kannan cranked the camera while editing was handled by Niranjan Devaramane. Daaku Maharaaj is releasing on January 12, 2025, clashing with Charan’s Game Changer and Venkatesh starrer Sankrantiki Vasthunnam at the box office during Sankranti 2025.
