According to a report from Indian Express, HD prints of the Allu Arjun starrer began circulating on multiple websites and torrent websites, like Movierulz, Tamilrockers, TamilYogi, Bolly4u, and Moviesda, on Friday morning. Mythri Movie Makers, the producers of Pushpa 2: The Rule, are yet to officially issue a statement about the same.
On Wednesday night, the makers of the film found themselves mired in another controversy after a stampede occurred at the Hyderabad premiere show for the movie, being held at Sandhya Crossroads, resulting in the death of a woman. Earlier today, the production banner issued an official statement about the same, updating that they are extending their support to the grieving family in all ways possible.
Meanwhile, Pushpa 2: The Rule has garnered over 84 crores nett on day 1 so far (figures estimated till 5pm, including advance figures for next 2 hours), according to Sacnilk.com. The Sukumar directorial stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in pivotal roles, and actors like Sunil, Jagapathi Babu, Ajay, and Anasuya Bharadwaj in the supporting cast.
