Veteran comedian Ali, who has acted in over 450 Telugu films, will be seen playing a prominent role in the upcoming Hindi film Welcome to Agra. The makers of the film recently shared a photo from the launch ceremony. 

Directed by Ashish Kumar Dubey, Welcome to Agra also stars Anushaman Jha, Sara Anjali, Aakkash Dabhade, Raunak Khan, Faizal Malik, Anchal Gandhi, and Kaira Chaudhary in the primary cast.

In an official press statement, Ali said, “This movie is a love story set in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. I would like to express my gratitude to the producer and director for choosing me in the main role in this movie. In the past, I have worked as a character actor alongside Salman Khan and other big stars. I am very happy to do a full-length role in this film.” Welcome to Agra is being produced under the Mad Films Entertainment banner.

Ali was seen in films like Double iSmart and Saripodhaa Sanivaaram earlier this year.
