KA, starring Kiran Abbavaram and Nayan Sarika, is set to be a period-thriller directed by debut director-duo Sujeeth-Sandeep. The makers of the film released a poster giving a first look at Nayan Sarika's character Satyabhama. Nayan is shown in a traditional makeover in the film. Her recent releases include AAY and Gam Gam Ganesha. The makers are also set to release the first single, 'World of Vasudev', on August 19. 

KA is presented by Mrs Chinta Varalakshni and produced by Chinta Gopalakrishna Reddy under the banner of Srichakraas Entertainments. The film is set in a village backdrop in the 80s where Kiran Abbavaram appears as a postman named Vasudev. Kiran returns to the screens, after his last outing Rules Ranjann (2023), with this film set to release in all major pan-Indian languages.

The technical crew of KA includes cinematographers Viswas Daniel and Sateesh Reddy Masam, production designer Sudheer, and editor Sreevara Prasad. The music for the film is composed by Sam CS.  The film is also set to feature Tanvi Raam in a pivotal role.
