Jr NTR will soon be seen headlining the upcoming period action-thriller Devara, directed by Koratala Siva. The makers of the film released their second single on Monday.

Anirudh Ravichander is the music composer for the upcoming Jr NTR starrer. Sung by Shilpa Rao, ‘Chuttamalle’ is a sultry yet playful love song. Veteran lyricist Ramajogayyah Sastry has penned the lyrics for the number. The song video, shot at picturesque locales, has been choreographed by Bosco Martis.

The song has also been released in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. The first single of the film, ‘Fear Song,’ which was released in May, received great response among music-lovers, and has garnered over 46 million Youtube hits so far.

Devara, the upcoming two-part film series, is the second collaboration between Jr NTR and Koratala Siva after the 2016 film Janatha Garage. The action-thriller will mark the debut for three Bollywood stars: Saif Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, and Bobby Deol. Even though Bobby Deol had signed other Telugu films like NBK 109 and Hari Hara Veera Mallu, Devara will release before the two.

The film additionally stars Shine Tom Chacko and Prakash Raj, among others. The film also boasts of big names in the technical crew, like Sreekar Prasad as editor and Sabu Cyril as Production Designer. Rathnavelu is the cinematographer.

Devara: Part 1, produced by Sudhakar Mikkilineni and Kosaraju Harikrishna under the banners of Yavasudha Arts and NTR Arts, is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on September 27.
