Actor Vijay Deverakonda's VD 12, with Gowtam Tinnanuri, has been given a release date by its makers.

With about 60 percent of the film's shoot over, the film will release in theatres on March 28, 2025. The film was launched during the first half of 2023.

The film, which has Sreeleela as the female lead, has music composer Anirudh Ravichander, cinematographers Girish Gangadharan and Jomon T John, and editor Navin Nooli as part of its technical team.

Vijay Deverakonda was last seen in a cameo appearance as Arjuna in Prabhas' Kalki 2898 AD. His earlier releases were The Family Star, opposite Mrunal Thakur, and Kushi before that, in which Samantha played the leading lady.

VD 12 is bankrolled by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, respectively. The film will be presented by Srikara Studios.
