Mrunal Thakur wins Best Actress for Hi Nanna at New York's Oniros Film Awards

Mrunal Thakur bagged the Best Actress award for the romantic-drama Hi Nanna at The Oniros Film Awards, held at New York recently. The film won 11 other accolades too, including Best Film, Best Actor, Best Director, Best Child Actor and Best Cinematography.

Helmed by Shouryuv, in his directorial debut, the film also stars Nani.

Expressing her elation over bagging the honour, Mrunal said, "I am beyond thrilled and grateful to receive this incredible honour from The Oniros Film Awards. Portraying the character in Hi Nanna was a deeply rewarding experience, and to be recognized for it in this manner is truly humbling."

The Oniros Film Awards is an International Monthly IMDb Qualifying competition that celebrates films and filmmakers from across the globe. It's held as a Public Screening Event in New York City every three months.
