We had recently reported that Premalu will be available to stream on Hotstar from April 12 onwards. While Hotstar will have the Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil language versions of the film, the Telugu version of the film will be streaming on Aha from April 12. 

The Telugu dubbed version of this Malayalam romantic comedy also had a theatrical release. Following the release of the Telugu version, a Tamil version of the film also followed suit, releasing in the theatres. Premalu, starring Naslen Gafoor and Mamitha Baiju, is a romantic comedy set in Hyderabad. Premalu is produced by Fahadh Faasil under the banner Fahadh Faasil and friends, in association with Bhavana Studios. The Telugu version of the film was distributed by producer SS Karthikeya. Fahadh Faasil, incidentally, will be starring next in two films produced by Karthikeya, namely, Oxygen and Don’t Trouble The Trouble. 

Premalu is written and directed by Girish AD. The film also stars Althaf Salim, Shyam Mohan M, Akhila Bhargavan, Meenakshi Raveendran, Sangeeth Prathap, and Shameer Khan in supporting roles. Co-written by Kiran Josey, Premalu has music by Vishnu Vijay, cinematography by Ajmal Sabu and editing by Akash Joseph Varghese.
