The makers of Swayambhu shared an update about their film’s primary cast on Thursday. Nabha Natesh is now officially on board for the film which stars Nikhil Siddharth and Samyukhtha Menon in prominent roles.

On the occasion, the team also released a special video of Nabha arriving for the shoot, and getting ready for her character. By the looks of it, Swayambhu promises to be a period drama. Nabha Natesh, who made her debut in 2015 with the Kannada film Vajrakaya, was last seen in the Nithiin-starrer Maestro.

The film is written and directed by Bharat Krishnamachari. The film is being produced by Vamsi and Sreekar under the banner of Pixel Studios, while Tagore Madhu is presenting the film. Manoj Paramahansa helms the cinematography, while music direction is by Salaar fame Ravi Basrur.

The makers of Swayambhu are aiming for a pan-India release, planning to release the film in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam as well.
