Ustaad Bhagat Singh has wrapped a schedule. Announcing this on X (Formerly Twitter), Harish Shankar, the director of the film wrote, "Ustaad Bhagat Singh wraps up an intense schedule with an exploding performance of Pawan Kalyan. More updates soon!"

The film, an action entertainer, is a Telugu remake of the Atlee film Theri. The film's adapted screenplay is penned by K Dasharadh. Theri starred Vijay, Samantha and Amy Jackson. While Pawan Kalyan is reprising the role played by Vijay in the original, the roles played by Amy and Samantha will be essayed by Sreeleela and Sakshi Vaidya respectively.

Ustaad Bhagat Singh is Harish Shankar's second collaboration with Pawan Kalyan. They had previously worked together in Gabbar Singh, a Telugu remake of the Salman Khan film Dabangg. 

The film also stars Ashutosh Rana, Nawab Shah, KGF fame Avinash, Gautami, Narra Srinu, Naga Vamsi and Temper Vamsi. Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar have produced the film under the banner Mythri Movie Makers. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director of the film, with cinematography by Ayananka Bose and editing by Chota K Prasad.
