Iraivan to release in Telugu as God

Iraivan, an upcoming Tamil-language serial killer film will be released in Telugu as God. The makers of the film announced this on Monday. God stars Jayam Ravi, Nayanthara and Rahul Bose. While Iraivan will be released on September 28, God will be released a week later on October 6. God is directed by I Ahmed. 

God revolves around Brahma (Rahul Bose), a serial killer who brutally assassinates young women. How Arjun (Jayam Ravi), a police officer nabs Brahma forms the rest of the story. Nayanthara plays the role of Arjun’s partner.  

Yuvan Shankar Raja, who is currently working on the Vishwak Sen starrer Gangs Of Godavari, is the music composer of God. Rahul Bose will be making his comeback to Tamil Cinema with Iraivan/God. He was last seen in the Kamal Haasan film Vishwaroopam. God is produced by Sudhan Sundaram and Jayaram G, under the banner Passion Studios. Hari K Vedanth is the cinematographer of the film, with editing by Manikanda Balaji.
