On Tuesday, the makers of Ustaad Bhagat Singh announced that the shoot for the film will resume today. The team is set to film a massive action sequence for the Pawan Kalyan-starrer on Tuesday. The film is helmed by Harish Shankar.

The film is billed to be an action entertainer and is a remake of the Vijay starrer Theri. Theri also starred Amy Jackson and Samantha. Sree Leela is the female lead of Ustaad Bhagat Singh. She will reportedly be reprising the role of Amy Jackson in Ustaad Bhagat Singh. 

This film is Harish Shankar's second collaboration with Pawan Kalyan, the first one being Gabbar Singh. Ustaad Bhagat Singh also stars Ashutosh Rana, Nawab Shah, KGF fame Avinash, Gautami, Narra Srinu, Naga Mahesh and Temper Vamsi. K Dasharadh has penned the film's adapted screenplay. 

Ustaad Bhagat Singh is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar under the banner Mythri Movie Makers. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director of the film, with cinematography by Ayananka Bose, editing by Chota K Prasad and action choreography by Ram-Lakshman.
