The teaser of Pindam, an upcoming horror film, has been unveiled on Monday morning. The film stars Tamil actor Srikanth Sriram, alongside Kushee Ravi, Srinivas Avasarala, Ravi Varma, Manik Reddy, Baby Chaitra, Baby Leisha, Vijayalakshmi and Srilatha, among others. The film is directed by Saikiran Daida, with a story penned by him, Kavi Siddhartha and Toby Osborne. Pindam is Saikiran's debut feature. He has previously directed the short films Passion (2013), The Divorce Decree (2018) and Smoke (2019). 

The film's teaser starts with a conversation between Eswari Rao and Srinivas Avasarala's characters, with the latter asking the former about the toughest case she has handled in her career. We slowly open up to a family in the 90s and the supernatural troubles they face in their home. Pindam takes place across three timelines, namely the 1930s, the 1990s and the present. The teaser as well as all of the film's promotional material is notably prefaced with a message declaring Pindam the "scariest film ever." 

Pindam is produced by Yeshwanth Daggumati and co-produced by Prabhu Raja under the banner Kalaahi Media. The music of the film has been composed by Krishna Saurabh Surampalli. Satish Manoharan is the cinematographer of the film, with editing by Sirish Prasad and production design by Vishnu Nair. The film is expected to be released sometime next month.
